One-Off Occupational Therapy Assessments

For Children Under 6

Thrive Therapy Co. now offers one-off assessments for children under the age of 6, providing families with a comprehensive understanding of their child’s development. Each assessment includes a 90-minute session with an occupational therapist, a standardised evaluation, and a detailed report.

During the session, our OT will complete the Miller Function and Participation Scales (M-FUN) assessment (for children over 2 years, 6 months with suitable communication skills). This assessment examines motor and perceptual-motor abilities and their impact on daily life participation. Additionally, the Developmental Profile 4 (DP-4) will be used to assess five key areas: Physical, Adaptive Behaviour, Social-Emotional, Cognitive, and Communication. Parents will complete this portion online before the final report is provided.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment, with the remaining balance due after the session and before the report is sent. Bookings can be made online below.
